object to the point of telling his friends and co-workers about it. They
advised him that the Air Force would be interested and recommended that he
report it. He hesitated but was convinced that the -~ proper thing to do
would be would be report it and he did so. It is my opinion that Mr. is not is not
seeking publieity or recognition. He is not experienced in aviation or
allied fields and statea that he made no observations other than those allied fields and states that he made no observations other than those
