COMLENTS OF PREP.RING OFFICER:
l. Due to fantasy of UroB, and apparent fabrication on the part
of the source, and the faot that on several other occasions source has
claimed to have observed what appear to be phenomewal
reliability of the information is ry doubtful.
2. The value of the physical evidence is not pertinent to this oase
in so far as the observer stated that he personally did not believe it fell
off of, or was part of the SFOB. The pottery ther appears to be part
of a fabrioated uroB, in the hoax category.
