II: I RELIABILITY: Poor. In a personal displayed a lack of
understanding of speed and distancs. He seemed to be
rather hesitant and unsure of himself although he was relaxed

I reported this to the Filter Center, Pasadena, California
(EJBE 5705) immediately. Object was brilliant white and seemed to

and the field of vision of their equipment is axtremely limited. Therafore, tha
possibility of sighting such objeots would be highly improbable. ,There wexra
