David Taylor bdel Easin, Carderock, Meryland, was interviewed on

altitude of approximately one hundred and fifty (l5o) feet, 'o ording
to this object appeered to be onornous in size, between three
(3) to four (4) hundred yards in length and ten (10) to fifteen (15)

of the noon, "a yellowish, radiant oelor" and had a flat top, parellel
to the horizon, and a spherical hotton, recslled that it renained
