2. The unavailability of the original negative has precluded
om accurate svaluation of subject imagery. Possible causes of
the image could include:

b. Circular objscts cast befors the camera during agosurs.
c, Placement of objects on printing paper during printing
or enlarging process.
3. Plsase submit future photographic evaluation requests to

Air Force verifying his story, and is selling cooks on the strength or this, giving

ny questions concerning this man. I? he is lying about this, and using the Air
Force or FSI to verify it, then he is using the mails to defraud it seems. Ze
says you have the negabive to a picture he took of these fiying saucers.

Miss gg, Chief Social Services at the Vateran's Administration in
Hampton, Virginia reported to the Base Intellizence Officer that she and ner parsnts
sighted an unidentified flying object which ‘appeared from an easterly 45° angle
towards Geo Ref Coordinates GJPH 3810, paused about 10 seconds, then changed
directions departing on a 50° angle in a north-westerly direction until it gradually
disappeared. This incident occurred on Saturday, 31 July 1954, at 212%.
