no aircraft were in the area during the reported observation,

(2) Description of course of the odject:

(a) Observer awoxs at 21/07472 and saw a yellow object, shining brighter

than any stare He then awakened his wife to verify his sizhting<
-- (>) The object was in a westerly direct) on at approximately 20 desrees
elevation,

(c) Five (5) or six (6) degrees elevation. !

(a4) The object seemed to be vibrating at a fairly bigh apeed. First it -
would move back and forth horizontsily, then it would vibrate
vertically... Vibration was so slizghi that it wes hardly noticeable.
