On 28 Ju0e 1954,
Cleveland, hio, telephonically contacted the Gleveland
Detachment
an unknown lag object. Upon personal interview OT
Special Agent JOSEPH REGGINELLO on the SAme
advised that at approximately O520 hours, 22 June 1954,
he was staniing on the corner of West Zoth and Bridge Avenue,
facing North, when he saw an object come out of the skies
"with the sgeed of wind". The object came within 20o to
300 feet of tne house tops, veered suddenly and went up
