1. At 13/0220 HST, Pearl Harbor Keseve received an unidentified flying objeqt
report from a 0-124, Aircraft 41030, Trip #524, enroute from 'ickam Air forces Vase
to Travis Air Toree Base. Actual tine deperture from liickem 13/06452, estimated
tine arrival fravis 13/17162.
2. Message received as follows: "At 13/1045Z, position 26° 5'2-146° 12"
cbjest waa sighted. 8richt ligat moving left paraliel with aircraft. ‘ireraft .
lights were blinked at chjeat. Reported object sirnaled back to aireraft. After
5 winutes cbhject moved away to Ni at very rapid speed climbing at this tins.
Weather vas 3f CU tops 6000, clear above.”
3. Duty Offiser, Pearl Kescue,adyised CIUCPAG and ViNGPAS passed information
to Hickam Aid. Hickem sent following wire to Travis 4i2: “.equest Travia Tvs
notify Intelligence to debrief crew on Aircraft *1030 on object sighted and submit
®rpropriate report."
Sogend: As far aa can be determined by the preraring officer, no otaer friendly
aircraft were in the area at the time of the sighting. It 1s assumed that the
Intelligqnee section at Trayis Air Force Pase will submit full report to the prover
nuthorities.
