Intelligence, Headquartars Command, USAF, the preparing officer, it wsi found that
T/Sgt Rounanis is an amateur astronomer, sho has been interested in this s hobby for a
numoer of years. Sgt. Roumanis is a mature individual of sound judgment. According
to statements . Roumanis and Airman Stack, they both have seen shooting stars
and the likes, and derindtely clais this object was scmething unlike anything they
had ever barore Sgt. Roumanis say the ob,ject brierk the optical aid,
with most of the sighting being chserved with the naiced traveling too
