seeing a round white light appearing slightly larger than a star, something
like an airplane's landing light, although no beam was seen. When she observed
the obj, it was moving from the NE to the SW and then beared slightly to the left
and disappeared over the city of Washington, D.C. The light would alternately go
fast and slow, et times appeared to hover. ‘The elfased time from when the light
was first observed in the NE until it disappeared to the S was from 20-30 minutes.
There were 2 more witnesses to the sighting. Mrs. mother
