2.0 Mr. QP reports as Colla:

"At 1200 houra on Sunday, “3 Aupuet, 1953, I was in the vicinity of the Marine
Lane Vorkshops, Port Morusty, “non I noticed a cloud building up as though
being formed ty vepour truils, in roughly a South-‘esterly direction from Port

Morasby, at a vory great height,

I watehed this cloud, which prew in intensity for sevoral minutes, when
suddenly an objest appeared from one side of it and olimbed very fast in
roughly «a “orth-Veaterly direction. I could give no acourate inforration
aa to tho shape or possibio aise of thie object, as it appeared slightly
bigrer than a pin head, out shatever it was, it left a very clearly defined
vapour trail behind it until it finally disappeared with a rapid gain of

seltitude. ,

I had my movie oomera with me and photographed the whole thing on the tele-
photo lens, I am waiting the result of the photograph in an endeavour to
ascertain what the object might have been. It appeared to me to be some type
