and roturned tle s me day. 'c le an Antonio altout 2pooC on 2nd of June
ani drove due vest. About ol3o on gid of June. w.ile along the
highway at an moderate speed, ddenly noticed a liht t rirht of tho
highwat. The light was
10 miles to ry right. approached I coul' see the
outlines of t'e object. ,was Oval shaped and moving ve ry Fast. It's color wer
, and began to descend at an engle of approxinately
7o. It turmed a brilliant red, and began to strean some sort of suhotance from
its outer surface as though it were aflane. It vas at this point that I decided
I wns seoing the largest meteor of my lifetine. At a very low altitude nagbe
3oooft, the object ceased its headlong plunge and level flight was resumad. Then
it stopped corpletely and vas suspended in space.
first saw the light was approyimately 6 Geconds.Wh nen the object stopped in mid-
air the burning substance from ito body ceased to flow off, and it regained its
cream color that I saw originally. The object then hegan a Palling Leaf motion, or
a dishing motion and faded away to the west in level flight (Could be attributed
to heat waves over the desert) The acceleration was tremendous and unbelieveable.
BELIEVE IE'I WASN'T DHEANING..
In my humble opinion this object had motivaticn umconmon to present day
aireraft and possibility unknoum to our Scientifie Morld. This objeot was coated
with some substancè that was meant to burn off during rapid descent, and to obsorb
the terrifie heating it would eneountor going through dense air. I will beliove
until ny dying day thet what I saw in the carly hours on the 2j'd of June was
