No aerodynanic features coula be seen. The witnesses were unable to give any
dimansions. The object appsared to spinning in an erratic flight. 1t circled
the area for sppraximately four (4) minutes. Several times the object appeared
to almost stop; distinctly decelerating, and then increasing speed. The object
was last seen veling at northwest.

Insufricient information could be obtained by investigaters to establish the
identity of the above object. Any conclusions at this level would be purely
conjectural.

There have been many unidentified signtings reported from the cT and DT grid areas have been many unidentified signtings reported from the CT and DT grid areas
several of which have definitely been identified as balloons. Although range was
evidently measured in this case, no estimete of size or speed was given. From the
limited description given, it is believed the object ma ,have a lighted balloon
launched by enemy front-line troope. No further investigation being made.
