At 1130q on 2 April 1953, several persons stationed at Fort
Buchanan, San Juan Puerto Rico observed an unidentified flying
object variously described as a "bright star", ub ball",
*bright ball of Pi
Attached hereto are
the sighting.
An investigation at Ramey revealed that two RB-36 aircraft
were in the area at the time of this sighting. The RB-36
were flying at altitudes of l2,00 and 2l,Oo0 feet.
