March 2nd at 2120 I went outside the door of the Operationa building
and obaerved a reddiah orange objeet suspended in the sky. It seemed to
be about with where T was standing thus it might have had an
altitude of approxinately 1600 feet. Distance is deceptive at night so
it is hard to estimate how far it was away. I would judge that it waa
the horizen. had a alight sideways notion and also it
nesmed to hocver at a certain distance land over the ocean. It dim-
inished in sise at approxinately 2135 and didappeared in a natter of a
couple of seconda. The sise when it was hooevering over the ocean Beesed
to be a little bis higger than piece.
