| On the evening of 3] January 1453, Lt. Colon=] SaugymmBmm, Chi * of
Secret Service, Bureau of Customs, NWantla, Philizolnes, and I vere fishing from
a orall boat off BIHAGQI COVE, between HORNOS andTULALN POINTS, BATAAN Province.

Petween 2030 and 2100 hours I had a strike anc in pulling in m, line I
happened to look up at the sky where I saw three or four (4 or |) very bright,
luminous, round objects which seemed lo travel arcund in « circle. The objects
were visible for about two (2) or three (4? ssconda. The obiects speared to
be about eighteen (1S) inches in diareter ond seamed to be transparent. They
suddenly turned or banked and zoomed away in a northwesterly directim. The
i objects travelled faster than a shooting star, but did nob leave any trail or
waka, In my opinion they were traveling at a much higher altitude than the |
Japanese plangs which bombed CEBU at the outbrea’r of the Inst war.

I was frightened and called then to the attention of Cclonc ame. eis
stated that he had also seen the unusual obfects and advised that he had never
seen anything like them before in his lifes.
