Col Harringtons L » the PMSA? at the University of Nevada called
me by telephone this morning stating that you had seen some
mysterious objects in the sky, Will you tell us about these?

Mr, GE, I wes coming from Los Angeles to Bishop last weekend and I
spotted this thing that kept moving. It waa at night between
10:00 and 10330 pim. mear Inyokern in the “ojave. When I first
sew it it was quite lerge. It looked about that big around
(demonstrating size with his hands) and I would say about
mayone one mile high and it kept turning from a light silver
through gold and bright red and then a lavender shade and i+
did that about every two seconds. It changed complete color
from blue through orange to red and it kept rotating in differe-
nt colors, We vere travelling northeast and ve kept looking
at it for about one hour and it kept moving all the time, It
was «iag Khigher and higher all the time. Eventually it shot
straignt down and left a vapor behind it. It didn't go off
to an angle, it vent straight down.

Col Harrington: What was the shape?

x, CSCS Pree I had « telescope along and ve spotted and
the telescope, It was perfestly round and
was @ little glew line on a plate. I could not see
were any wings or anything on it. It wes perfestly round.

Gel Harringten: . What about would have been its size on the ground?

- a It leoked pretty big to me, I could not say just how big but
ay it wes very big. It wes perfectly round, not like the stars.

It looked like @ 509 piece through the telescope and the last
time I saw it it was about as big as a dime. My telescopes

is not any bigger than a five.
Col “arringtems Could it have been the landing lizhts on a >lane?

| Me. QM, §9=to. 9=Definitely not, I could see that silver round dise

head if you mention it.

Col Harringtons And wnat de you think?
