On 6 September 1952, at 16:55 MST, Mr
Tucaon Arizona and Mr. served a bright, orange,
tear-drop shaped object. The observation lasted for about two and lone half
minutes during which time the object descended in a general southeasterly heading
towards them and then disa appeared on a recirpocal heading ascent until lost to
view.

and of unestinable uize, Throughout the observation there was no ovidence of a
propulsion syatem, and no noiae, trail, or flight surfaces. Mrs first zighted
the obtast from her car whila traveling towards Tucson. She informed her driver,
15 that.she thought she saa "saucer". Mr Looked into the
sky and announced that he, too, saw senething extraordinary. The car was atopped
and Mrs alighted to concentrata the atrange object. It appeared from where
they steod to be above the Grand Contral , Aircraft Plant tat Tucson llunicipal Airport.
The object appeared to ba whirling on sxia, and enitced a brilliant
crange light, A3 they watohed, the observers felt that the object descended 1 toward .
the:m along 1 slanting path at great apeed. Mr3 da careful to point out that
not knowing the digtance or gize of object she could not posaibly estimate its
epeed, but that as it appeared to descend toward them they observed it to increaae
in apparent aize though its rate speed was great. The cbjeet appeared to

turn, began to ascend along the BaIne path it had descended. I continued to ascend
