Reporting of Information on Unidentified Flying Objects, dated 19 Dee
51, the following informa tion is submitted concerning an observation
of an unidentified flying object. Information in sub-paragraphs below
is in the same order 88 Dar hd of oferenced letter.
a. Object described white disc with no rances.
The size and speed were not determined nor any trail or exhaust observed.
No sound was heard and object disappeared: from view as it travelling
away from observers.
b. Object was 1000 hours
imately 1 to 1 i/2 minutes.
C. Object was oba ually from the ground.

but otherwise undetermined.
