The object was called to my attention by Mr. are as I was
putting my car in the garage. It was located in the SW near Mt. Piskeh
and wes an orange red in color. Its movenent was erradic by confined to
& small area. I am certain of its moving as i checked its position in

relation to stationery objects. I viewed it with the neked eye and with
binoculars.

I pointed it out to my father and sister on reéching home aba.t
150 feet from where I first sighted it. During a telephone call to

about a helf hour after leaving him the object moved some distence
east of its originel location and at this point began to chenge color
from a bright red to a bright green, blinking constantly. TI
formed me he intended to notify the military euthorities. I decided to
call the nearest air base myself, After making the cé)]1 my father pointed
out the object had moved westerly and w:s no on the other side of Mt.
Pisgah, All three of us viewed the object from my bedroom window and
in checking our observations agreed that it w-s changing sismmasx colors,
No stars or pkantsaz planets visible were beheving in a like mamner but
tiat it was impossible to estimate size, sh pe or distance of the object.
I viewed the object from about 1350 a.m. to 2:32 a.m. during which tims

it gradu: lly moved west and sank toward the horizen growing gradually
smaller until lost from view,

The object was very easy to find in the sky even after moving to
other positions to study it.
