SYNOPSIS
This investigation initiated by District Commander, l9th District OSI
to the effect that he and several other persons had
seen a retangular object in the sky at approximately 12l0 hours 22 May
1952. stated object was at approxinately 30,O00 feet altitude
on a horizontal azimuth of approximately 35o degrees and on vertical angle
of approxinately 85 degrees. Mr. stated that he also
observed object but believed it to be a weather balloon. Mr.
