On 28 April 1952, at 0900 hours, Mr.

toseville, Michigan, Phone » called the undersigned and rend
following information relative to Bighting of wmeonventional aircraft:

‘On 27 April 1952, at 1600 hours, as in the backyurl of his home ;
at the above adaress with and SG.

They were enguged in pitching horseshoes, and occasionally would watch jet aircralt
as they flew over. At 1615 hours they observed in the northeast sky a round object
silver in color, higa in the aly. tt appeared to remain motionless. All tour men
saw une object. A pair of high-pewercd binoculars were odotained and the round object :
was brought under observation, It was observed to turn completely aver and assumed
an Oval or ogg shape. The object had 5 dark undersids, it is not known whether it
Was a door or a painted side, It seemed to drop straight down and then stop. Two #
other silver cbhjccts, cigar<shaped, larger tnan the first sighted object, were then
seen in the same arca, Jt appeared that they came from the ball object. or just ap-
peared in the sane area as the ball object when it was under observation, These
seened suspended im space and at a,proximately 1700 hours all disappeared, the ball
object going straight up and one of the cifur-shaped objects traveling up in an
easterly direction and the other going up in a westerly direction. ‘The speed ot
ascent was amazing, and in a small iraction of time they were gone from sight. The
objects observed were in view from 1615 to 1700 hours by all men visually, with the
naked eye and binoculars,

was a silver, cigar=shaped object traveling at a tremendous speed horeheast to north=
west. It was at a great altitude, no sound was heard, It was observed eat
binoculars and the body of tho observer had to be turned as he tracked the object to
keep it in view, It traveled horizontally at a vreat altitude and speed,

During the observation of these three objects, another object was observed, Jt

There was no formation evidenced by any of these objects, no trail or exhausts,
mor was any noise heard, The objects were all above jet aircraft cbserved flying in
the local area, The sky was clear, the observations were made during dayligiit for a
: period of approxiuately 45 minutes, No estimate as to ultitude, distance or speed
could be given, no photographs were taken, The sky was cloudless,

Mr. eee asserted he had been in service, as well as the other men who
observed these objects, There were no unusual meteorol logical phenomena present ac~

cording to the observer, and he asserted from the movement and the altitude of the
objects that they were not weather balloons nor aircraft.
