II. S STATUS OF THE INVESTIGATION
The Cornanding Officerof Detachment 2, 46nd Ground Observer Squadron,
Fargo Filter Center, Fargo, North Dakota, followed up the report personally.
He proceeded the top (1óth floor) of the Black Building in Fargo, North
+ Dakota, at 2030 hours on 28 April 1952 equipped with binoculars, high-
speed camera a, telescope, etc., and awaited mysteri nunber
of local citizens shared his vigil

The unidentified discs seen treveling ver fast and of bright

migrating mallard and teal ducks.
