A short tine later the sane two four civilian pilots were
observing the balloon from the Artesia Airport. Two objecis at apparently
extremaly high altitude were noticed coming toward the balloon from the
northwest. They circled the balloon, or apparently so. an flew off to the
northeast. The tine of observation was about 40 seconds. The two objects
vere the same color and size as first object. They were flying side-by-
siie. When the objects appeare ircle the balloc they disappeared and
the ol rs assuned -shaped and edge to bank.
ATC until 16 Aoril. Due to this time lapse, no further investigation is
coatemplated. are and experienced.
