for about 20 miles at
Object reported to be a star becausc of brillidnt
light it carried. Several other lights were seon
on it also. Object appeared to be moving very
slowly. Radar was unable to pick-up object.

Woshington tower then advised that the object was about cast of Andrews. I saw it.
It apreared to be noving very slowly, if at all, ly attention was turned to
some thing else and when I looked for this objeot again, it was gone. The only thing

Base operations later advised me that this object could have been Venus. Woather

these roports was caused by a uisunderstanding concerning the proper rothod for
baedling type of infermation.
