1. Captain DOUGLAS A. NEILSCN. AO743485. PrOvOst Marshal, 664th AC&N Squadron,
Lockbourne, advised the undersigned on 17 Seotember 1951, 1lowing informa-
HART at S fridge AFB, Michigan:
a. Mr
at was flying his Cessna aircraft NCs8878,
on 16 September 195lapproximately 3 miles North and East of Marion,
Ohto, at 2800 feet, at 1217 EST, at a l heading of 230 degrees, when
he observed an object with a high tail, 45 degree sweptback wing,
long pointed nose painted black, coning towards him at a 50
degree reciprocal heading. He advised that he barely escaped
colliding with s object.
2. Capt. NEILSON advised that Lt. HAR profferred this information to
District Office #25, who recommended that he contact Lockbo transmit
same to this District.
