1. SYNOPSIS: Unidentified serial object sighted by three (3)
persons st lclU hours, 14 Veceomber 1950, in vicinity of Bliss, Idaho. Ob
ject described as 6 to 10 feot in diameter. lo other descriptions civon.

Sult Lake Gity, Utah, telephoned the undersigned at lUcS nours, 15 Vecerber
1950, with information as follows:
a. Leputy sheriff /ilIPKEY, Gooding, Idaho, had chored 3/a
hi's.TH to report that 4 “llying Disc" nad Leen sighted at le r6, mountain
time, 1k December 1450, by caninmmeamaas &nd » the lattor
reported to be @ pilot. ihese three men wero driving in @ car aprroximtely
two miles cust of Bliss, Idato wnen they sighted @ round object, 6 to lu feet
in diameter, aprroximately 1,00 yards north of their automobile. fhe ovject
&ppeared to be hovering usout 19 feet @vove ground. The three ritnesses
approached on foot to within a few yards of the object when it sudcenly
climbed GOD to 1000 feet. The object hovered in this position for ucout one
minute and then flew south for aporoximately 4 miles. Inforswnts followed
the object in their automotile und when directly beneath object a second time,
it vecred to the west for 5 miles, where it anneared to stop. The object
covered this distanco of 5 miles in 30 seconds. ‘itnesses ayuin followed
the object and tnen nearly cencath it, the object avuin climbed aywuy to the
soutiiwest. witnesses pave no otner descriptions of object, 1.e., color,
“erocynamic features, sound, Bireuvers, etc., except to state that the object
