SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

Unidentified Object
Sighted over Ft. McPherson, Georgi

At approximately 1025, 10 July 1950, WOJG Sam of the 111th CIC
Detachment sighted a metal object in th n the direction of northwest,
This object was also sighted by ee WOJG Francis J. Riley
of the 1llth CIC Detachment. The object appeared small and had a bright metallic
appearance. The object was in plain view for about fifteen minutes. It was
later ohscured by low hanging clouds. Object was moving in an easterly direction

at a slow rate of speed. It was at an unpredictable height, very high. OSI,
Marietta, Georgia was notified immediately. ( B-2)
