This irvestigation is submitted in compliance with AFCSI Letter
No. 85, dated 12 Augus t all sightings of unidentified
flying objects. Ma jor WILIIAM NCR, A0-341535, Air Provost Marshal;
M/Sgt WILLIAM ROYAL, AF-2O4336 93024th Air Police Scu adron; and
M/Sgt RAYBURN TZINGER, AF-19018173, 3023 Base Service Squadron,
observed an urusual aerial phenomenon at 0510 hours, 18 February 1950.
Witnesses interviewed and all infonatia was obtained.
