over Chaplina area The pyffs formed slowly and dissi-
pated rapidly at regular intervals of minutes, each burst form-
ing after the preceding one had dissipated. The weather at the time was lo/loths
coverage feet visibility unlimited, blue sky.
COMENTS of Preparing Officer:
Although not exactly like the behavior
of known antiaircraft bursts the possi-
bility exists that this phenomenon is
antiaircraft firing.
