NARRATIVES SUMMARY:

_ Qi 9 May 1919 at approximately 1,30 hours, while reclining on the front lam
of my residence at QAgMEMIY, Tucson, Arizona, I had occasion to notice two
objects in the air overhead, these objects canoe into viow fron @ southwesterly direc=
tion traveling northeast. When apvroxinately directly overhead, the objects banked to |
the left and wont in an approximately a northwesterly direction, continuing in this
direction for approxinately one milo, ami then banking abruptly to the right and incoaded
northeast towards the Catalina mountains. They cantinued in this northeast directicn,
gradually fading from view until they finally disappeared fron ny sighte |

The size of these obj-cts, to my estimation, tas a-proxinmately 25 feet in

diameter with a thickness of approximately one foot and their size in relation to a

knom object as thoy appeared to mo in the air wos aproximately the sise of a wash

tub. I would place tizir altitude at approxinatoly 10,000 fecte There was no discernible
variation in this altitude during the timo they remainod in ny sight. ‘The distance
between these two objects which did not vary considorably was approxinately DD fecte

When I first saw then, they wore directly overhead and appoared perfectly round. ihen
they banied to the left, and then to the right I ws able tosee both sides of then.

vary in thiclness tovard tie centcr from the outer edcee The color apjeared silvery
and thry shincy when wflecting the sun. Tuis particular day was a very clear sunchine
daye The objects seemed to be traveling betwoon 750 and 1,000 miles an houre

I have beon associated with aircraft ahe major portion of my lifc, having spont
the last cight years in actual duties connected with aircraft and presently am a tlight
