NARRATIVE SUMMARY:
On 181947 March 191.9, four unidentified lishts appeared in the vicinity of
915.25 ~ 855.10, the lights noticed at this time were three yellow and one red.
A patrol of Killeen Base, in the "Q" area noticed two of these lights. A patrol

located on Crossville Mountain, which consisted of four enlisted men of the Alert
Foros saw four. --Immediata investigation in the goneral area failed to reveal any
cause or anything which would indicate that some person or thing had bean in the

area. (8-3) (see Exhibit I, Point #1)

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

Ths following information has been reesived in a renort from the Office of
She AG of S, Ge2, Headquarters 2d Armored Division, Camp Hood, Taxms;

On 131947 March 1949, four unidentified lights apveared in the vicinity of
915.26 = 855,19, the lighta noticed at this time wore three yollaw and one red,
A patrol of Killeen Base, in the *Q* Area noticed two of these lights. A patrol 2
located on Crossville Mountain, which consisted of four anlisted men of the Alert ‘p
Force saw four, Inmediate investigation in ths general arsa failed to reveal any
cause or anything which would indicate that soma person or thing had been in the
arsa. (3-3) (see Exhibit I, Point #1)

4% 151930 March 1949, another yellow lizht was seen in the approximate ¢
vicinity of 910,41 = 855,10. This light ms reportedly seen by only one man, ‘ee
There waa no indication from reports that thesa lignts were moving, thers ws no
noise, and the persona rsporting were unable to make an sstimate of the heizht.

At, 151947 March 1949, what appeared to be blinking lights appeared in the
vicinity of the Rock Quarry, located at 905.32 = 555,61. Investigation by the v5
Alert Forse and patrols of Killeen Base failed to reveal any cause or person in ~,
that gensral area, Again a% 131955 Marsh 1949, lights were seen in this general ~

At 190048 Marek 1949, blinking lights were seen in the same general] area
905.82 = 855,01, Investization failed to reveal the cause of these lights,
All of the lights which appeared in the proximity of 905,32 - 855,61 wers seen an
by patrols located in the * 9" Area and vere seen from ointa between 910.20 =
$55.36 and 905.44 = 355.41. (B-3) (see Exhibit I, Point #4)

Captain liorace McCulloch, Headquarters 2d Armored Division, and lir, Raymond

Schmidisks, Special Agent, Killsen 3ase, spent several hours from an observation
point located in the 79" Arsa in an attempt to see these blinking liznts,
