Mr. Edward Kadel of NoIAkP, advises the following:

Nr. Kadel contacted a man up at Indian Lake, 29 August 19li8, vho
Stated that on that date at S:3o A.l. he observed a large silver colored
sphere which seemed to arise from begind his woods and continued to fly
neross his farm. During flight it seemed to unravel a silver substance which
floated eartlward. While still viowed by this farner, the sphere disinte-
grated in nid-air. This man's name is do eof laplewood, Ohio,
eassunonenaerewragenonkgegrteus ir. Kadel further advised that the
farmer congerned was a nan aoproximately So sone odd vears of age and aupear-
ed to be very conscientious and sincere while relating this incident.
The subject seened to have arisen while the two nen were talking and
an airplane happened to fly overhead whereas the farmer then related the
foregoing experience. Kr. Kadel could be contacted in the event that any
assistance is deemed advisable should a meeting with this farmer be advisable.
